The Kick-Off meeting of the project was held in Modena, on the 29th and 30th October 2012. During the two-days meeting, the I-PAN project objectives and activities were presented with the contributions of all the partners.

Administrative management activities are devised to organize and manage the overall project, in order to ensure the strategic control of the work plan will be maintained, the resources will be well managed and the communication with the EC will be seamless, in order to secure a successful outcome the project.

The I-PAN project, co-financed by the 7th FP of the European Commission, has officially started on the 1st October 2012. The project aims at providing novel and highly environmental friendly solutions in the field of the engineered wood (EW) based boards.
